‍Easy To Clean

It’s common practice for many commercial buildings and high traffic areas such as doctors’ surgeries and care homes to use carpet, however, this is not best practice in the current times as it’s not possible to easily clean and sanitise a carpet affectively on a daily basis.

Impervia flooring has an anti-bacterial finish and has no harmful chemicals in its make up. It is Formaldehyde free and is the perfect floor for sufferers of Asthma and other respiratory diseases. Although the antibacterial finish means it is better than any of the other floors on the market it does not mean it is anti-virus. However, because of its durability and waterproof properties it can be cleaned with disinfectants using a squeeze mop as often as you like. Use Dettol if necessary or other antiseptic wipes to remove bacteria and keep your floor as hygienic as possible.

Where the magic happens, the décor film is the look of your flooring, completing your room with that perfect wood effect, without the worry of humidity or water damage. ‍Core Board:

A mineral based core made up of magnesium oxide (MGO core) reinforced with tough fibreglass for stability and durability. This means it is fireproof, dent proof, shift proof and mould proof. Whilst being environmentally sustainable.

‍IXPE Underlayer:

You don’t need any additional underlay with Impervia® Flooring as built into every board is an IXPE underlay, creating an acoustically dampening surface which is suitable for use with underfloor heating.
