Business Development Manager, Impervia
Ben Carter is Impervia’s Business Development Manager, responsible for expanding the brand’s distribution network and building strong partnerships across the industry. Since joining Ryder International in 2022, Ben has quickly grown from learning the fundamentals of flooring to becoming a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.
He has invested time in understanding every stage of the process, from manufacturing and product performance through to installation and aftercare, giving him the knowledge to provide practical advice and tailored solutions. Alongside this, Ben has undertaken specialist training to strengthen his customer service skills and deepen industry relationships.
Today, Ben combines technical know-how with a client-focused approach, helping contractors, developers, and distributors access the right Impervia products for their projects. His proactive support and strong industry connections make him a key driver of the brand’s growth and reputation.
