Martyn is the founder and CEO of Ryder International Ltd and has over 22 years' experience in the flooring industry. With a background in engineering, he led the development and launch of Impervia in 2018, overseeing early product sourcing, quality control and range development. He combines technical insight with strategic direction to develop flooring solutions for architects, designers and commercial projects.
